Booking and Cancellations Please contact us with your requirements. A non-refundable deposit of £125 per week is payable at the time of booking, and the balance 14 days before the start of the let. Housekeeping The booking is on the basis that you will vacate the house, leaving it clean and tidy, as you would wish to find it on arrival, by noon on your departure date. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Insurance The house and its contents are insured by us for the usual owners’ risks. You should have your own insurance for property you bring to the house, for which we will have no liability. |
